Images - Please provide us with the following:
- Good quality digital images and photos
- Your entry page will require at least one large image and possibly another small image within the text. Please send us all of the images that you have so that our designers can choose the best image(s) for the design
- You can purchase pictures here.
- Please remember that photos from magazines and other copyrighted materials cannot be used without written permission from the image owner. Our design team charges scanning fees and photo preparation. Please email our design team to make scanning and photo preparation arrangements for your free website design and/or enhancements
- Images from magazines, rack cards, and other print materials are not suitable for digital reproduction.
- Our scanners will read any/all flaws in the print and they will be highly visible on the screen. Please send originals. Print photos and slides are recommended.
- We use high-quality flat-bed and slide scanners, their quality is excellent. ? Please do not write on the back of prints because the scanner will read through the image and see your writing. ? Let us know if you would like any/all of your prints returned to you. ? Your existing logo ? If you have an existing logo, we require a digital copy of the image or we will need to re-create the logo. ? Logos on business cards are not acceptable (we will need to re-create the logo)
- Digital photos are acceptable.
- Please provide images larger than 640x480 in .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .psd, or .tif formats.
- Please deliver content to us in an organized and timely manner.

- Remember that the process consists of 1 rounds of revisions if possible.
